Refund policy.

Digital products are final sale

Templates and themes are digital products. Once a purchase made directly through emregocen.com has been completed and the file, download link, or access has been provided, the purchase is final. I do not offer refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or a decision not to use the product.

Please review the product description, platform requirements, preview, and license information before purchasing.

If something is wrong

If you did not receive access, the file does not work as described, or you received the wrong product, email support@emregocen.com. Include the product name, purchase email, order reference if available, and a short description of the issue. I will review it and work to provide the correct or working product, or a refund where required by applicable law.

Purchases made elsewhere

This policy covers purchases started on emregocen.com, including paid Shopify theme purchases completed through Polar checkout. Polar's buyer terms also apply to those orders. If you bought a theme or template through the Shopify Theme Store, Framer Marketplace, or another platform, the terms shown by that seller or checkout also apply. Please use that platform’s purchase and support process for an order placed there.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under those rights, contact me at support@emregocen.com and I will review your request.
