Who is responsible

Emre Gocen, based in Turkey, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@emregocen.com.

Information I receive

When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and the information in your message. If you submit a template review, I receive the name, star rating, comment, template name, and submission time you provide. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page visits and the interactions described below, together with browser and device information and analytics identifiers. The site’s hosting service may also process standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and request time, to deliver and protect the site.

How I use it

I use contact information to answer questions, provide support, and follow up on projects or purchases. I review template ratings and comments before displaying approved submissions with the name you entered. Technical information is used to operate, maintain, and secure the site. With your optional consent, I use analytics to understand traffic and which themes, templates, and previews people find useful. This processing is based, as applicable, on your consent, your request, a purchase or prospective contract, legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in keeping the site and support channels working. I do not sell contact form submissions or use them for a newsletter.

Website analytics

If you select Analytics in the cookie notice, this site loads Google Analytics 4. It records page views, clicks on theme and template cards, views of theme and template detail pages, clicks that open Shopify checkout or the $400 bundle checkout, clicks to get a free Framer template, and clicks that open or start a preview. These events include the theme or template name and platform. They measure interest and outbound checkout starts; a checkout click does not confirm a purchase. I do not send contact form contents, review text, or payment details to Google Analytics. Google may process your IP address and use analytics cookies and identifiers when this feature is enabled. Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals or ad personalization signals.

Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy and may process it outside Turkey. I use reports to improve the site and understand which products draw interest. Analytics is optional and stays off until you allow it.

Form provider and external sites

The contact form sends your submission to FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers it to support@emregocen.com. Paid Shopify theme checkout is provided by Polar. When you open checkout, Polar processes the details needed for payment, order confirmation, and delivery under its privacy policy. Interactive template previews load published Framer sites inside this site; those sites may process technical data or use their own browser storage. Service providers may process information outside Turkey. Avoid including sensitive information in your message. Links to Shopify, Framer, and social platforms take you to sites with their own privacy practices; any purchase completed there is handled through their checkout.

Cookies and browser storage

Your choices are stored in your browser’s local storage so you are not asked on every visit. Google Analytics loads and may set analytics cookies only if you select Analytics. Interactive Framer previews load only if you allow them; those published sites may use storage under their own policies. You can change either choice through Cookie settings in the footer or clear this site’s data in your browser. If you turn analytics off, the site stops sending new analytics events and clears its Google Analytics cookies.

How long information is kept

I keep correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Review submissions are kept as needed to moderate and display them; you can ask me to remove a comment you submitted. In Google Analytics, event-level data is set to be kept for 2 months and user-linked data for 14 months, with the user period reset by new activity. Aggregated reports may remain available longer. You can request deletion of information linked to you where applicable. The contact form provider and hosting service may retain technical or submission data under their own policies.

You can ask about the personal information I hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing hello@emregocen.com. I will handle requests in line with applicable law. You can also contact me to ask which service providers handle your information.

Changes to this policy

If the site begins using advertising cookies or additional services, I will update this page and the cookie notice before those features are used. The date above shows when this policy was last updated.
